Electric resistances are inserted between the fins to melt ice and water is collected and passed through a drain pipes for disposal. Some meters of drain pipes are inside the cold stores, so consequently the water may freeze again.
To avoid this problem,Drain Pipe Heating Cables is inserted in to the pipe. It is switched on only during the defrosting cycles.
Drain Pipe Heating Cables is available in predetermined lengths with cold tail – prefabricated & tested in a carefully controlled factory environment.
