Hot Melt Hoses are used to feed the hot melt from the basic appliance to the applicator system, ensuring that the properties of the adhesive are preserved. The hot melt hoses are designed to last longer and guarantee a constant temperature over the full length to remain char free and prevent changes in the glue viscosity. The hot melt hoses are very flexible, can be laid out at will and serve to connect movable appliances systems. The Temperature should be controlled with temperature controller.Optionally a bimetal is installed, which shuts off the energy supply to the heater when the maximum permissible temperature is reached. This bimetal may then be considered as a safety function and is used exclusively as a safety function.The hot melt hose is usually the link between the hot-glue system and the application head or the handgun and is thus part of a machine.
