Silicon Heating Cable- Constant Wattage Parallel Heat Tracer(CTL) cable is a constant wattage parallel heat tracer comprising twin parallel bus wires of multi stranded coated copper. Silicon Heating Cable- Constant Wattage Parallel Heat Tracer(CTL) are insulated with Silicon Rubber & Heating Element is wound spirally around the insulated bus and connected alternatively to the bus wires at suitable intervals, forming parallel circuits. The outer sheathing of with Silicon Rubber insulation compound makes it flexible for the application.

Construction

Silicon Heating Cable- Constant Wattage Parallel Heat Tracer(CTL) cables are designed for use in industrial refrigeration. Their great flexibility means that they can be incorporated into cold room doors. They must not be used for temperature maintenance.

To ensure that these heating elements enjoy a long service life, we recommend using a control device.
